Cato was the first President (Arodjun: Kxarkuv/Karkuv) of a unified El Fwonk Casanosia and second leader of the rebellion of the tribes of the Fwonnel Peninsula against the Permechikan Empire, succeeding Furvenzli after his death during the Siege of Roox City in 1845.
