Early influential Kxarkubuv included those among the first after independence from the Permechikan Empire. Cato was the first Kxarkuv after the ratification of the Charter of El Fwonk Casanosia, though techincally the Reuxalusian Furvenzli was the first holder of the title. As the war was still ongoing and not every nation of the Fwonnel Peninsula had yet joined the unification movement, Furvenzli’s role was in more of an “acting” capacity than an official one.

Nevertheless, Furvenzli died during the war, leaving Cato as the head of the movement. It was he who oversaw the Permechikan withdrawal from the peninsula at the conclusion of the El Fwonk Revolution.
